Berth occupancy review

When the logs already exist and the committee only needs occupancy drawn clearly, a berth occupancy review is the shorter commission.

Who carries out the work

Content Craftline, Blackstone.

How the work proceeds

  1. Send the log. Paper scans are fine. Spreadsheet exports are fine. Mixed years are not.
  2. Clarify gaps. We telephone about missing days, dual-occupied berths, and lay-by use.
  3. Draw and return. You receive charts and a short note. We brief by telephone unless you ask to sit together.

Time

Ten to fifteen working days from a usable log.

Where the work happens

Remote from Blackstone, with an optional visit if the log cannot be copied.

What we ask you to prepare

A key to berth names and a note on which berths take bunkering.

Limits we will not stretch

We will not invent occupancy for days the book leaves blank.

Fee basis

From £1,850. Crane-cycle overlay from £600 extra.

Rates are informational. There is no payment on this site. Instruct us by writing; we send a letter of engagement before any on-quay day is booked.

Next step

Send a sample week from the movements book with your enquiry.
